On this All Saints Day, Pastor Bill invites us to reflect on the lives of those who have gone before us in faith and what it means to truly give our lives to Jesus.

Drawing from the Scriptures, the lives of the martyrs, and the teachings of Jesus, we explore three forms of martyrdom: red martyrdom, the giving of our literal lives for Christ; white martyrdom, the surrender of power, position, and prominence; and green martyrdom, the daily practice of dying to ourselves in ordinary moments.

What does it mean to choose humility over pride, peacemaking over retaliation, and love over our own preferences? How do we learn to love our enemies, forgive those who hurt us, and consider the interests of others above our own?

As we remember the great cloud of witnesses surrounding us, we are challenged to examine our hearts and consider what we might need to surrender to become more like Jesus.

What would it look like to love someone today, not when it hurts, but when it bruises your ego?

Join us as we discover what it means to live a life of faith, hope, and love.
